A slapshot in the high slot off an OMR isn't a bad goal, sure he should save it but he's been good tonight and most goalies are beat that side, it's not rare

Odd man rush? Please.


It was a dman between the blueline and facoff circle taking a slapshot off a drop pass from the side wall. There was no 2 on 1 odd man rush that caused Enroth to have to dive, slide or scramble across the crease to face the shot. We had a dman right in front of the net. Enroth got beat clean by a hard shot he saw all the way and it wasn't tipped. It also wasn't a high riser that picked the top corner over his shoulder. The shot was right at him. So no, most goalies aren't beat there all the time.
