I find it kinda ironic that the sequence goes:
Nylander gets a break and bobbles on a break
Marner goes the other way and scores

Both were pretty horrendous though

It was actually much better hockey than I expected, I'll tune into the USA vs Canada and Sweden vs USA games, can't be bothered to watch Finland games when they will get slapped with their mediocre ass defence

It makes sense they were struggling to fit, Marner and McDavid are both puck dominant players

Henderson was bigger, Lemieux's goal was greater even if in a meaningless tourny. Sid's goal is either third or tied for second with Lemieux's goal.

I am sick of seeing goalies drop to their knees like a $5 hooker and shrug their shoulders at a puck going over them, like Binnington did on at least one goal tonight (the second one I believe).

Strong game from the Swedish keeper or this would have been over in regulation.

Highest minutes played among all forwards:
1. McDavid
2. Marner
3. Nylander

Really tight game and Nylander just couldn't get a great look against a shaky Binner.

Big game from Marner with the game winner and set up more than a few big chances all game while providing solid D. 0 giveaways too. You can tell Cooper just loves him.

Can tell that McDavid line was missing a Hyman type player. I get what Cooper is doing with the lines by having defensive responsible players with the offensive guys but they didn't have any speed with him or someone who is hard on the puck around the net and loves retrieving pucks for skilled guys. Maybe switch Hagel with Reinhart.
