Look if you’re watching the kid and don’t think his skating is a major issue I don’t know what to tell you. It’s rangers blinders nothing more. Insulting those that are pointing out the obvious is childish.

This is a fast skating league more than ever before. You better be able to skate if you’re going to play in someone’s top 6.

But anyway shouldn’t be surprised. I remember being told I hated Russians because I thought bereglazov sucked.

At this stage of development, the higher skill player is going to look a lot better. Both could use more seasoning whether that's in the AHL or NHL.

It's something that refs just do and they've been doing it for 80 years so nobody bothers to bring up that it isn't a rule.
