Not dirty as in illegal but I'd say it was dirty in the sense that the guy saw that Condra was only about a 1 meter from the boards and he knew that Condra risked hitting his head along the boards when he got hit there, again it's not illegal but it's stupid and I don't like seeing it on anyone becuase hits like that almost always result in the other player getting hurt. It's just a bad place to hit someone.
