When you play 3 games in 4 nights, **** like this happens...But the Blues did highlight the fact that this team needs to get bigger and more physical if we want to do anything in the post season......

This Blues team, they are really boring. Only half kidding they did play over half the game with a 1-2-2 or a similar style. That's a guaranteed system for mediocrity. We should know.

And that ladies and gents is what you would refer to as a cold dose of reality!

Better it came tonight and not the day after the trade deadline came and went.

At the very least it would appear the Wild are going to be placing a call to Houston for Granlund plus one more forward to have an extra on the road trip.

Agree 100%

Boys got knocked around and lost every battle. We need another big body up front.

That's reallly sad to lose to Elliot. Ugh, well just one loss and got to bounce back. Hopefully nothing serious with Cullen and if nothing this is a nice reminder for Fletcher he still needs to dump Bouchard. Again not the end of the world if he doesn't, but he just dissapears against teams like the Blues, need a different look.

The Wild were getting pushed around tonight...a guy like Clowe can even it up a little bit more.

Clutterbuck, Stoner, Rupp, Setoguchi, Koivu, Coyle... All are physical players who didn't play physically tonight.

A place.
They went 3-2 over the past week. How is that unraveled?

Because in each of those 5 games we have played terrible. We've had to play from behind in all of them. We've given up far too many goals, our defense has gone from brick wall to swiss cheese, the energy is no longer there, and now tonight we wilted after the 2nd goal and did not find any energy until the start of the third.

The Wild are playing TERRIBLE as of late and the three wins we have in the past week are wins we outright stole.

Elliot did play decently though. Made some big stops...although would've been nice if guys would be able to bury prime chances (heatley, spurgeon).

Yep, we outright stole that 7-4 win over Dallas. Take a chill pill.
