I saw they put up a stat earlier in the game the last 9 games we have averaged 26.9 shots against per game. If that was all season it would put us Top 10 in shots against in the league. It’s smaller sample size but also clear things are changing for the positive.

Obviously tonight we will be higher but I mean… Tampa is pretty good too.

I think the point is more that they don't have chemistry. Even when Leo makes good plays, like the drop pass earlier, Leo went to go get space in the middle and was open, Killorn waited too long and got stripped of the puck. The kid seems to have lost confidence and seems to be frustrated. I can't speak for what's actually happening but it's not a stretch. Yeah Leo needs to be accountable for himself, but his situation isn't helping things.

And I really don't think things would be much different if Killorn was on a different line. He is probably only better than Johnston at handling the puck. Marginally.
