Between zellwegger point blank shot , cutter g inside close with the goalie, Terry partial break and leason. Someone needs to score there. So often, we’re playing a good game and the one grade A chance given up ( usually from a breakdown ) the opposing teams score almost at a pure rate. We have so much cap space. When we bring in a top line scoring winger via free agency or trade and also improve and overpay for a depth guy or 2 we will be fine. Also youngsters have to get better as time goes by

Worth a shot, but just thinking about how that puts Mac with Killorn really just drives home how Killorn is dead weight on this team in the top 9. I think he's be a real solid fourth liner and PK guy, but having him on a "scoring line" is such a detriment.

He doesn't know why they play bad, so he can't make the right changes or get them on track and he doesn't know why they play well, so he can't get them to keep doing the right things.

Cutter, Zell, Lacombe, Dostal are improving. Minty, Mac, and Leo are struggling.
