lack of leadership, fletch has to get proven leaders on defense and offense, jvr is not one of them, he's just another spot to fill.

I don't think it's lack of leadership per se. But a veteran defenseman with leadership abilities like Pietrangelo would be a perfect fit.

The one thing I will say. I am not a core blamer by any means. I think my frustration with the issues of the club are by now clear.

I will say though, it just feels like a bit of that “expecting to lose” mentality has set in. Not with a lot of these guys but with some. We heard Eichel and O’Reilly mention that I think last year or the year before with Buffalo.

Changes are needed. I don’t think you can bring in Q and Myers, and have it be enough sadly. Too much damage has been done.

Wow aren’t we dramatic. I don’t hate him one bit. Told my daughter about him in juniors. She played college field hockey at a pretty high level and is on the small size like tk. Became her favorite player. Has his Jersey. Just posting what I see. I would LOVE for him to become the player you say he is.
