Seems to take bad penalties every game. Good for one awful defensive mistake per game.

His offense does not outweigh his deficiencies.

You are right that its more than one player but at least Kreider has been hitting. Buch needs to do some things to make himself show up in some other ways when he is not scoring. Throw the body, block some shots, etc. He will be back. The team as a whole seems to be in a bit of a funk.
