All we did was replace Strome a righty with mika a righty. Why the powerplay is completely lost with guys in completely wrong positions makes zero sense. Strome played the bumper it worked nicely. Why have we don’t everything opposite of what should be done? It really makes you wonder what quinn is doing.

His team plays with zero structure.

They refuse to get pucks to the net. Just refuse.

I'm starting to think that this team in a giant transition phase with a half a dozen players who are barely more than actual children is still finding it's way and figuring out how it needs to play to win consistently.

I agree with you however this team is poorly coached. The powerplay is the easiest example. With the personnel they have it should be deadly. Guys are literally not in positions to succeed

Breaking up the Chytil line that was thriving... changing a PP that was on fire... this was done at the same time.

That's when everything, offensively speaking, started to sputter.... that's on him.

Georgiev has been the better goalie so far this year.

Yeah

Not sure there’s much to be done about it this season aside from firing both Ruff and David Oliver

But I can’t see that happening in season.

Maybe in the summer though

That’s the issue. It’s like Hank goes for a 49 save shutout and Georgiev goes for a 49 save shutout 42 in our next two games and we win 2 in a row and DQ will be like “I don’t think we gave them much, I like our game, we’re trending in the right direction” and it’s ridiculous.

This roster is better on paper than it is on the ice and IMO that’s on the coaching.
