Can't blame Kreider for that. He was trying to deflect the puck. Frankly, I think it's ******** that it's even called since it's the same as an attempted shot, but whatever.

It's only not called on a follow-up to a shot. If you don't have the puck, it's being called. Unfortunate play, really.
