They need to switch Zibanejad and Panarin. That’s the issue. Panarin has been a LW his whole career and they move him to the right to accommodate Zibanejad? When he barely shoots? ADA was the only one taking a shot, and like I said, when the guy with the weakest shot is the only one shooting, that’s a problem. No threat on the point on PP1 is a killer
Grimaldi is not a bad player, though. He earned his way into the NHL like very few othersA 5 foot 3, career AHLer like Grimaldi skates into the slot and is able to take a shot which scores. Sad what has happened to the NHL that a pip squeak like him can get that close to the net and score.
The more I watch him, the more Chytil impresses. He was fantastic that period and pretty much every game since he came back up from Hartford.
He's so damn good in every aspect of the game and for such a young kid, he's very defensively responsible which is a rarity for a 20 year old.
Me thinks he's going to be a star before too long....![]()

BothI agree. Him and Zib are an awesome 1-2. We lucked out(or maybe Gorton is just too good).

Well no one else really had a shot, PK was covering all the lanes, blocking shots, not allowing cross crease passes etc. I feel like our PP is easy to defend because I can’t believe that every team we play against has a great PKOk but like he was the only one shooting. When the guy with the weakest shot on the power play is shooting, that’s a problem.
Haha...if you think about it when you look back at that weak 2017 draft class, if there was a "do over", one can easily argue that after Makar, Petersson, Hischier and Heskienen, Chytil would likey have been the #5 pick rather than the 21st which is looking more and more like a steal by Gorton.
Jagr is one of the best possession players in hockey history lolJagr scored 4 goals for his team? Yea ok, but what was his relCF%?

He is so skilled and I love his style of play, but there’s just something off about him. He’s one of the few players that I can’t get a read on how good/bad his hockey sense is. I just can’t tell. Maybe it’s his lack of competitiveness? But again, sometimes he looks competitive. I really like the kid, but I don’t know. The more I watch him, the more Chytil impresses.
