Unfortunately it just doesn't seem like Chytil has that "it" factor. Has all the tools but not the toolbox. Maybe 4 or 5 years down the line everything will just click for him, but the better use of his value would be a trade at this point.

2 of them will be cap casualties. Can't afford to pay 2.5m for Chytil and Nemeth with the other contracts we have to extend. And they're easily erplaced by Barron and Jones who are on ELCs.
