Since we are having so much fun bashing Oates, I figured I would share my insider info.

The guy is a psycho. He constantly compared plays and antics of his players to "how he would do it" when he played. He also structured a deal with the organization that he has to have a certain amount of air time per game and assistant coaches/other personal should be shown on camera at an absolute minimum, if it all and would not do interviews. Ridiculous.
