The concern I have with Leo isn’t that we were wrong about his potential, it’s that we were wrong in thinking we had a clue how to develop him to get the most out of him. Pretty much the same concern I have of all our younger talent.
I don't think the organisation has any clue how to develop talent right now in general.

All the preaching about overripening prospects but we have young players at the NHL level who clearly aren't ready yet or getting potential on one side of the puck beaten out of them and making them a vanilla player. Then there are multiple players at the AHL level who are not ready for that level, yet are getting trotted out game after game despite there being no need to rush them into the pro level.

This is legitimate domination.

I’m not going to list 50 because I don’t have the time right now (although I could). But here’s some off the top of my head

Eichel
Matthews
Mackinnon - 38 pts in 64 games
Malkin - wasn’t in NHL
Bedard - hasn’t hit that number yet
Hall - Outlier
Stuezle - 58 points
Svechnikov
Kopitar

The list goes on and on and on…

You’ve got about 50% correct, either way, you can’t name 50. As Aaron Rodgers said R-E-L-A-X.
