That is beyond impressive. This is quite the accomplishment that most organizations can only dream of matching.

Playoff summary for this Vegas franchise since its existence in 2018.

- Made the playoffs 8 out of 9 years
- 1 cup
- 3 Stanley Cup Final appearances
- 16 series wins
- 66.2% winning percentage

What are your thoughts?

And at this point the expansion draft narrative isn’t relevant. They’re good in 2026 because they aggressively build a good team.
100%

The expansion draft narrative was dumb to begin with. That was just certain GMs making horrible choices

That team looks a whole lot different with:
Vatanen instead of theodore

Petrovic instead of Marchessault and Smith

Having Dumba instead of Tuch and Haula

1st round pick used to get Stone just to take Grabovski

UpShall instead of Karlsson

Extremely impressive.

And also - very well deserved. They are one of the most aggressive franchises when it comes to trades or UFA signings. It's good to see success follow them.
The eichel signing looks great. Marner was disrespected in Toronto and went to Vegas, now he has playoff hat tricks.

And Hart, a very controversial signing, drew a lot of heat from neutral fans, but controversy aside, has backstopped them to the WCF.

They are not afraid to do what it takes to win, including canning coaches like Gallant who actually did a good job there, and Cassidy, who won them a stanley cup. If they feel the winning is in jeopardy they will make changes. I love to see that.

Good for them, hope their fans enjoy it now, I predict there's going to be some dark days on the horizon. With 3 new professional teams now in Vegas, and the NBA eyeing it as well, it's getting pretty watered down.

You wonder if the franchise will be radioactive in the future given how quickly they dump their personnel, but for now... winning is winning and no one says no to that.
I’d imagine they’re a place players will be pushing hard for NMC

Also may miss out on some up and coming coach that’s highly sought after when he knows you have very little rope

For now, it’s undoubtedly working wonders for them, and they’re a top managed team

I’m guessing it’s been said but more division titles and conference final appearances than the Kings in their 59 years. At least we have two cups though.
