It's better if they don't make the PO, they barely can beat mediocre teams and the last thing I want to see is Minny stomping on them.

Is it bad when your team needs 40 minutes every night before remembering how to play as an effective team? It's all I know following the Kings, perhaps it's another new rule the NHL is trying out.

If this team didn't have bad luck, they'd have no luck

Get ready for two periods of no Canuck crossing the red line on defense.

It's not Bishop's fault homie.

That shot that hit the post early was was outside the dot. The rebound they scored on was brutal, it was just a pass, not a hard shot. He was cheating on the last goal. Sure, they weren't "terrible" but he's not sharp, put Quick in. They have 4 days off after tonight.

Im amazed they put Bishop in net after getting lit up by the Canucks earlier in the year with Tampa. He laid an egg, even put the puck into his own net.

Wouldn't be surprised to see him start the 2nd

The rebound on the first goal was really bad, but you cannot sit here and blame this game on the goalie. Come on...

I don't think luck had anything to do with their terrible display of hockey. Even if the Canucks stay back, they have to find a way to get behind their defenders and get pucks on net that cause rebounds, redirects or second and third chances.

This Kings team is way too ****ing passive. Even Jim Fox called them out on that. Zero intensity.

Budaj would have done better.

Won't mind if the Nucks sits back and Kings score 3 unanswered goals. Score some goals while tanking is fun.

Hey
I am taking the Doughty goal as a good thing.
Remember 2012: Kings scored on Quick every other game

I'm not, just saying he isn't sharp that's reason enough to put Quick in. We have two world class goalies, use 'em.

There's gotta be some logic to all this.

Kings carried most of the play in the first period. Canucks are lucky to be up right now.

Oh great, switch it on and we're in a 2-0 hole against these clowns. Bring back Dwighty, all is forgiven:cry:

edit,

post no. 74 coinkydink?

That's a crazy bounce off Doughty's stick on that 2nd goal. Still, another uninspiring period. They seem to work so hard for little return. Not that they seemed all that into it.

Plenty of time, but goddamn is that PP out of whack. The top guys have been playing together for years, and it seems like they don't even know each other's names.
