Not that the Bruins are far outplaying the Stars, but there's a ton of holding going on in front of the net by the Stars that is blatantly being ignored/missed by the refs.

The Stars were directly exposing the two Dmen collapsing close to the net at the end of that period. Tried for at least two redirects off of shot/passes at the side of the net.

On Cassidy and the Dmen to recognize that and make the adjustment going forward.

I continue to be surprised that so many people don't see a benefit to Backes on that first/second line with Marchand and Bergeron. His heavy play is exactly what that line needs IMO.
