Certain people have agendas. No different than those shitting on Levshunov for a year + because they wanted Demidov. Korchinski is a very good defensive prospect. Skating, vision, passing, decent size. His shot can use work and his defensive game isn't as great as a couple of the other young defenseman (those guys had the benefit of college and the AHL whereas Korchinski was rushed to the NHL) but he is going to be very good and is only 20. Whether it's with us, we'll see down the road.

Korchinski will never be a defensive dynamo but he doesn't have to be. Brian Campbell had a great career as an offensive defenseman. He was never a defensive defenseman and had a great defensive defenseman to help cover for him in 2010 (Hjalmarsson who wasnt an offensive defenseman at all).

Lev eased up on a hit there. In 3-4 years when he’s older and heavier he’s going to obliterate that guy in that situation.

Rinzel is going to f*** around be the the #1 guy on defense isn't he? That's how much potential I believe he has. And I'm higher on Levshunov than most.

I have been saying for a while.he has #1 potential. Just amazing physical tools. He just looks smooth. Crazy that he still as like teenage body type. At 6'5 he is only like 195 or so. Once he starts filling out and adds more muscle he is going to one scary SOB on the backend. So good already just need like 15-20 pounds of more muscle.

No offence, but I honestly think most people just aren’t good at evaluating Dmen. KK has excellent skating, and probably the best breakout pass on the team. He has improved his physicality and is still only 20 years old.
