GDT: 3/20/2025 - 8:00PM EDT - Tampa Bay @ Dallas

That was Kuch's first shootout goal since the 18-19 season.

Coop also mentioned earlier in the season that Goncalves has a pretty good success rate in the AHL. Good to see him score his first NHL one and have it be a big game winner

Would have been cool to see Bjorkstrand get a chance. He has a career 25% (6 for 24) in the SO, so hopefully he can help us in this department

We need to lock him up. He's going to be a really good player.
He's just a young guy who has very slowly but steadily got better and better. He was a late bloomer in juniors, and even now it took him til his 4th year professionally to get this far. It would have been very easy to write him off. Credit to the kid for continuing to find his way, keep learning, and keep producing.

Plus, he went through waivers unclaimed this year. So easily could have lost him

GG was due for a shot this year coming off a strong season last year, the amount of people who wanted Groshev in over him because of a couple of pre-season game was ridiculous.

Lol, you quoted Days who mentions how slowly GG has come along and how easy it would have been to give up on him, and during that time Groshev was a standout in camps and rookie tournaments two years in a row. Yes, people were wrong about Groshev, but ridiculous?

An example of an actual ridiculous take was you in the offseason chastising people who thought Sheary was terrible last year, a terrible FA signing, even though the metrics showed the team was better without him on the ice.

Wasn't it also you telling me several times last year I was just making excuses for Vasy when I would say because he had back surgery I was going to give him another year?

Huge win streak and better play overall, surprised he is he still sub .900

Everyone takes the injury excuse too far, that's what the recovery period after the surgery is for. Remember how everyone said Cirelli was only playing bad last year because he had surgery then missed training camp? Lol explain this year then.

Of course it was you. 68 games into this season he's top 2 in Save % and wins, top 3 in GAA.

Awesome game last night, we looked like a playoff team. Dallas didn't have their full roster, but we controlled most of the play. I thought it was one of the better games Cernak has had this season. Someone said we won without our stars having a good night - one did, Hagel. I'd put him ahead of Guentzel, even with how good he's been. That said, it'd be great if Point busted out of his funk some time real soon.

Yeah he was bad before the back injury too, just because they play bad isn't always equivalent to an injury unlike what most naïve fans think. "Oh Point hasn't scored in 5 games he must be injured, oh he scored he must be healed"

Lmao I know exactly who you are referring to even with no context. Guy flip flops year after year on players and then posts annoyingly sanctimonious shit and self-aggrandizes constantly. Real shame I can’t read those bad posts.
