Not a pretty game at all but proud of em that they didn't fully collapse. 2 points are 2 points. Regroup, get better, move on
Surviving this "backup" is like a zombie movie. We have to figure out which of our friends are left.I'm back fellas. Had to figure out my old name before emptiness assassin change.
Well I changed my name to emptynetassassin after kucherov was robbed, but apparently that was all deleted due to change. So I had to figure out what my name was and password before the name change to login. Lots of beers, hockey games, and debauchery between the time made it blurry.Surviving this "backup" is like a zombie movie. We have to figure out which of our friends are left.
Whoever wins the cup this year better be labeled the hfboardbackup cup with an asterisk because we all suffered equally but someone gained a huge advantage.Surviving this "backup" is like a zombie movie. We have to figure out which of our friends are left.
Chaffee is going to continue to sit, but again, is he really worse than Girgensons?
Next time!Shit. I wish I checked an hour ago. I would have had to leave right then. Hopefully someone here got it
Traded for a "top 6" guy and refuse to play him there, go figure.Gourde looks awesome out there, Bjorkstrand I hardly notice

He didn't play top 6 minutes on Seattle either (he was a very close 7th when I checked pre-deadline, and had the benefit of PP time) so it's no surprise. He's not bad, just a pretty meh player. He does have some subtle strengths and is better away from the puck that I thought, but he looks like an average middle-sixer on this team so far. He was on Seattle's 3rd line, so I wouldn't really expect a step up on a better team.Traded for a "top 6" guy and refuse to play him there, go figure.
Hagel had 4g 3a in 22 games post TDL. Then 2g 4a in 23 playoff games. So I was right and it was not worth spending 2 1sts on a random middle 6 player? Crazy
He was a young player. And he played with a broken leg in the playoffs. Bjorkstrandis entering post-prime. Do you seriously believe that his impact will be anywhere near Hagel's?Hagel had 4g 3a in 22 games post TDL. Then 2g 4a in 23 playoff games.
So 2 1sts for 13 minutes a night. Are you sure you don't support my argument?Bjorkstrand is playing 2mins less TOI than he was in Seattle with 1 goal in 6 games.

Why should his impact be near Hagels? If you're really trying to side by side the two thats on you for making a bad comparison. Two firsts for two top nine roster players at the deadline, yes, thats the cost of business. I think your argument is flimsy and unsurprisingly manifests itself when the team loses more than two games. He was a young player. And he played with a broken leg in the playoffs. No. Anybody with an above room temp IQ would realize the point I'm making. It's too early. Duclair started out pretty good then did nothing in the playoffs, now he's an absolute dumpster fire in NY.He was a young player. And he played with a broken leg in the playoffs. I don’t even know, maybe because their cost was the same? Why should his impact be near Hagels?
I always figured most of you were just AI chatbots.Surviving this "backup" is like a zombie movie. We have to figure out which of our friends are left.
I am, they aren't.I always figured most of you were just AI chatbots.
We will see after the playoffs. Wasn’t crazy about the price either or splitting Gourde and Bjorkstrand up.So I was right and it was not worth spending 2 1sts on a random middle 6 player? Crazy
