  • Xenforo Cloud is doing server maintenance Thurdsay 13th at 9 AM GMT. Downtime is to be expected during the process. Server changes were implemented recently to cope with the traffic surge last week. This seems to be affecting the user login, so please anyone experiencing this, log out and clear the browser cache. The defense has been beyond ass but it's our breakout and trying to stay in the offensive zone these last 2 games the avg time we been in offensive zine without winning a faceoff is like less than 10 seconds some like 5 seconds. It's setting up a recipe for disaster.

Momentum has nothing to do with whats happening right now.

When the forwards don't play defense they give up more chances
When they give up more chances the the team gives up more goals.
When the forwards don't play defense they don't create turnovers.
When they don't create turnovers they don't generate offense.
When they don't generate offense they don't score goals.

This also happens to be Cooper's entire coaching philosophy.

Defense leads to offense. When the team doesn't commit to that you get games like tonight and against Boston.

Mike Monaco mixes up a lot of his hockey players so I was not shocked hearing the mistakes.
 
Glad to see they’re getting the poopy games out of their system and out of the way now to be in form come playoffs (if we’re gonna make them).
 
Vasy made some great saves but I stopped watching after that second goal. Great saves mean nothing when you let in two shitty soft goals. In the other end, Kotchetkov was stopping everything so it didn't take a Nostradamus to know we werent't winning.

We've been awful since the TDL and we need to snap out of this. Can't afford to stretch this losing streak longer.

I'm getting tired of Cirelli again. Two goals in the last 20 games is abysmal for a #2 center.

Cirelli his last 3 games has hit a post. Lol if only he can fix his shot or get lucky man lololol
