These 4:30 starts are going to be my demise...

Just do what they did in the Kings game and we have a good chance of getting at least one point.

Ya I hate it too. It's like 7:30PM when the game starts for me.

Seriously though, I miss 7ET games already. Can't wait for this renovation to be over.

The boys need to replicate last night's tempo and intensity. Hard on the forecheck, pressure on the puck carriers and don't sit back or let the intensity lull. Create turnovers. Don't go into a shell with a lead. Don't let being short handed or getting scored on kill the intensity or momentum. If they bring the same effort level as last night, it will be a good game and I'll be happy with the outcome.

Personally I think the Sharks will be a much harder team to beat than LA, despite having inferior D and G.

I'm actually happy with the start time for once as I'm going to the Isles' game tonight at 7 (can't say no to free tickets) and should still be able to catch, pretty much, the entire Rangers game when I get home.

Isles games aren't always free?

C'mon, there's plenty of people willing to pay to see certain teams get easy wins when they visit LI.

Though I'm not particularly interested in the Coyotes, it's a chance to see OEL and Yandle and a night out with a couple of buddies. Can't complain.

Wear a rangers Jersey

One of our beat guys tweeting he's got confirmation on Lundqvist playing for you guys tonight, which is what we expected.

Also tweeted Brad Stuart will be back in place of Scott Hannan for tonight ;)

Didn't get a job I had a phone interview for last week :(

But honestly, who picks a candidate based solely off a phone interview, anyway? ****ers.

Hope the Rangers can make this day less of a drag!!

Who runs/handles those KS.com - VLC player streams?

I can't ever get them to work for me any more, but they were awesome. Anyone else have issues with them?

So weird seeing Burns as a forward, thought that was a mistake at first. When did he convert to forward? guess I don't pay enough attention to the league outside our team lol.

Played 23 games as forward last regular season. Had 21 points (9 goals, 11 assists).

Played the entire postseason at forward. Had 2 goals, 2 assists.

We agree on quite a bit lately...:naughty:

last season. with a lot of our forward depth injured, tmac wanted to try it out. it should be noted he was drafted as forward and made the move back to D after the fact. Its working out nicely, and although we do miss having a 6'5", INCREDIBLY mobile D man, our D has solidified quite nicely under the guidance of Robinson. We also have very good d-depth with enough skill to work well under the system in place. You'll see it tonight (hopefully) - we don't give teams much space. Also, having Boyle, even at 36, helps. Say what you will about his age but the guy doesn't skate like he's 36. Looks 26 actually. If/when he's gone, we'll have to fill that void as our #1 PMD and PP quarter back.
