Adam Fox played really well last night against the Habs

Habs are winless and got embarrassed by Buffalo after an SCF appearance. As others have said, if we don’t show up to play from the first puck drop, we’re going to be fighting an uphill battle all night. I’m expecting this game to be forgettable. Just want to see progress throughout these first 5 games.

Second period: this is why Drury’s off season was brilliant, love how much more this team stands up for one another, Fox is on a different planet, this team is definitely better built to compete than last year

Third period: this is why I didn’t want to re-sign Mika. OMG we should have had that one, it was all Miller’s fault.

Regardless of the negativity with Panarin/Kakko combo, we should all be hoping that Chytik/Kakko become solid together. Panarin could literally play with anyone (except Kakko from many here)

I'm already starting to be concerned with Mika. If ANYONE needed a good goal scoring start, it needs to be Mika. That contract could have a bearing and those ???'s from last year, doesnt make me feel comfy cozy. C'mon Mika have a superlative 4 goal game!

Last game he also had a nasty cut from that Klingberg collision. Once he was stitched up, he returned to the game, but I'm curious to see how much that will affect his game today.

Agreed, and he also hit the goalies stick shaft which is very unlucky (lucky for the goalie).

Don’t worry just give them 3 months to warm up and then Zib will start scoring at a crazy rate , Strome will have a huge point streak and the power play will be the best in the league! Won’t make the playoffs though Bc Rongos treat the early season like an extended preseason
