Montreal got embarrassed by a team who is predicted to finish dead last in the league. Gonna be chippy. Rangers need to be ready. Sucks that Strome is not able to play, but this is a huge opportunity for Chytil to step up.

Expecting Gallant to reunite the kids line (Sam and Joe are giddy discussing it much to our annoyance), and put Panarin with Zbad and CK. He seems to only try what’s already been done by the previous coach and Chytil with Panarin wasn’t really done before (wants vets to be comfy and happy??)

I hope Chytil is promoted to 2C, with Goodrow sliding to 3C. That is the value of having someone like Goodrow.

Not going to lie, I'm quite excited to see the lineup in the absence of Strome. Chytil finaly has his opportunity in the top-6 with quality players, Kakko or Laf will probably get bumped to the first PP unit.

Agreed with all of this! Hopefully all these changes produce great results and made permanent. Also, get Kakko away from Bread. I thought they would be perfect linemates, not anymore. Not unless we want Kakko developing into an errand boy instead of a play driver.
