Not a very hard prediction to make considering the trade speculation, but we really don’t have many other pairing options at the moment.

If Zegras had done that shift, he'd be benched. Gauthier needs to shape up - I'd rather bring up Nesterenko or Regenda if he doesn't.

Terry is down the lineup and gets just as much ice time. Not a huge difference in toi for the top 9 anymore. 14, 15, 16 minutes. Its about line chemistry.

And I wouldn't move him to the 4th line. Not that guy.

I'm still game to give Cutter more time to prove himself but yeah. So far he's just physically capable of playing at this level but his puck management has not been getting better. Shame.
