[FIELDSET="QUOTES TO NOTE"]

I really want to win a cup here in New York, that’s what pushes me now to work harder. Secondly I want to be a Ranger for life. It’s a big thing that became really clear to me.
It was how they treated me, from coaches to the players to the city and fans. It’s been incredible. To picture myself anywhere else, it was wrong.
I know there was speculation over summer but, from the heart, it was never an option.
- Henrik Lundqvist

Since his arrival in New York in 2005, Henrik has consistently been one of the elite goaltenders in the NHL.
He's a proud representative of the tradition and class of this organization and we are excited to have him remain as a cornerstone of the franchise.
- Glen Sather

You could tell today the relief for Hank to finally know for sure he’d be a New York Ranger for the rest of his career.
I think this is very positive for the whole team.
- Alain Vigneault

If Hank gives up a softie and we happen to lose these boards will be unbearable. The haters will be out in full force.

LGR

they have D'agostini and Leino in their top 6. If we lose i'll throw up

Talbot in net? :sarcasm:

Kiddin aside. Looking forward to see the team respond to Hank being back in net.

4-1 win LGR

Curious about Zucc on the left wing, lets hope it works out so Callahan can continue to produce.

Also feel that Hagelin is being delt a very ****** hand here.

watch John Scott get the game winner and then takes out Nash with a cheap shot

Not to suggest anything so take it for what it's worth, but one of my close buddies has a friend he grew up with who owns a bar in NYC. He said Hags has been partying hard the past two weeks. Gone to his bar 3 times and has paid to have it shut down.

I expect players to lead normal lives but with 7 games over the past two weeks, that concerns me.

Hagelin is a fitness freak, I highly doubt this is the case. What's the name of the bar?

This reminded me of when someone saw Nash carrying a bottle of scotch with Miller going to Girardi's place on the eve of the game.

Henrik signs a big contract then has a terrible game against the worst team in the league for the lulz/trollz.

That would be hilarious for the GDT, but still, LGR!

We have more wins than Buffalo has points.

I'll be mighty pissed if we screw up this one.

Ill be more just as pissed if John Scott scores

Sam Rosen :"John Scott is in the lineup tonight.. he has 0 pts on the season and has not been playing much"

Joe Micheletti: "Del Zotto turns over the puck and now its a 2 on 1 Scott and McCormick, McCormick fakes and passes to Scott, Scott crashes the net and scores and Buffalo leads 3-2 with 2 mins to go"

Fixed it for you

Time for them to start playing with consistency and stop dropping winnable games. The stretch coming up has a lot of divisional games that the Rangers need to win.

If we have any shot of being something besides an 8th seed we need to start stringing games together NOW. This stretch of games is perfect for a win streak based on our opponents and being at home. Let's get our home record up for christ's sake.

It's almost 2014, the season is not so young anymore we need to start making a move.

The best part about .500 is being able to plan my days accordingly to the win-lose-win-lose schedule. Loss last game means win this game so I'm happy until the next game which will be a loss
