Edit: for drafting Iean our not-highest picks. Had some great options to pick but picked "hard-nosed" guys who will be lucky to play in the NHL.

A rebuild takes 2-3 years to even build up the capital to start moving forward IMO.

A full, successful rebuild is like a 5 year process. Ours feels longer because it was also the end of Murray’s retool
