Agghhhhhhhhhh!

I can't take this crap anymore. It's like being trapped in the middle of an endless circle-jerk.

Words can't describe how much I loathe that beet-headed loser. It's like being on a 4 year long episode of Punk'd.

How in the name of HOLY f***ING HELL does this moron still coach our beloved Flyers. He's like a perfect shit storm of incompetence. The US government should send him to Al Qaeda as a sleeper agent. Just tell him to expand their operations..We'll be terrorist free within weeks. He'll f***ing burn the whole operation down.

FIRE THIS BEET-HEADED IDIOT!!!!!

I honestly don't know what you're talking about. Do you think Streit of all people held that team back? He was their one bright spot. I don't think you were paying attention. Here, let me recap.

1) It was claimed that Ghost isn't a top pairing dman
2) I pointed out that 2nd and 3rd pairing dmen simply are not as good as Ghost, citing production
3) DH came back with Mark Streit, thinking Streit wasn't a 1st pairing dman during the time frame he mentioned
4) As it happens, Streit was a 1st pairing dman, proving me further right
5) You come in with a complete lack of understanding.

There, you are informed now.

It's all opinions and remember to never live in the past or you wont get far. What happened years ago is great but it means **** right now and this team has nothing right now.
I think they are just a few players short but yes those players would need to be standouts who carry the load for the others.

I think maybe you’re confused about deadhead’s point.

Streit played 25 minutes a night in 2008-09, that makes him a 1st pair D-man the way Hagg is a 2nd pair D-man, by default.
That team had
Gervias 21:36
Martinek 21:34
Witt 20:18
In 2009-10
Andy Sutton 20:49
Jack Hillen 20:42
MacDonald 20:05
Gervias 20:01
Missed 2010-11, when MacDonald lead the team in TOI with 23:25, was he a "first pair defenseman?"
2011-12
Streit 23:23
MacDonald 23:22
Hamonic 22:26
Jurcina 18:47
2012-13
MacDonald 23:31
Streit 23:21
Visnovsky 22:48
Hamonic 22:48

Is someone really attempting to argue that prime Mark Streit wasnt a top pairing defenseman?

I mean, i know he fell off a cliff shortly after, but if you honestly believe he wasnt top pairing quality at the time, you need to find another sport, because you clearly dont know anything about this one.

I don't know if Provy is hurt, his contract is bothering him or just sucks but i do know it looks like there's a whole bunch of thinking going on on the ice instead of just playing and reacting like his previous 2 seasons. Almost like knowing what to do has been coached out of him. Lol. That could be said for all the defenseman on this team
