They just look suspended between wanting to try and not giving a f***. Like they wouldn’t mind putting in some effort to do something, but they also know that if they do hustle and try to create something, and it doesn’t work, they’re going to get benched and get an earful and it isn’t worth it. The best thing to do is just get rid of it quick and don’t get too far out of position. Make a bad pass, dump it, whatever. Just don’t keep it on your stick or it’ll be your fault when you lose it.
