This team is boring as f*** to watch. ERod and Jarry are the 2 best.

They look like an entire team of ZARs. "Safe" but with zero offensive creativity.

Our zone entries are the exact same. Dump it in and hope to get there first. We rarely ever try to carry the puck into the O-zone unless it's a 2 on 1 or 3 on 2 break in transition.

Man, Pens bandwagoners are gonna jump off hard once the Sid and Geno era ends. We are already seeing it on this message board. This place is dead...

Rodrigues is not remotely on the same page as Crosby and Guentzel.

He's not a good fit because he plays with blinders on. That's not even necessarily a knock on how he's playing; at least he's got a pulse. But he's the opposite of what Sid/Jake need on their wing with how he simply doesn't see them fast enough to make those fast, quick passes Sid likes.

Honestly, at this point why not try Heinen there? Or hell, I can't believe I'm saying this, but what about Simon? At least they had prior chemistry and maybe he's the missing link to get Sid going.

Simon is the missing link to get Poulin going…in the AHL

The problem is I dunno really who would be better there. Heinen and Kapanen are both floaty and I'm not sure that'd work there. Prime Rust does work there but the Rust we've seen this season absolutely does not.

Dude i will take a grind style. This style is so bad. They are soooooooo far away from one another.

I encourage everyone this period. Watch how far the players are from one another in the neutral on set breakouts. It's ridiculous.

I'm not so concerned about anything but our offensive zone play tbh. We simply have to find a way to start looking more dangerous there. We're a pretty suffocating team defensively at this point but despite having great puck possession we do f*** all with the puck in the o-zone. We barely ever look like a threat to score despite all that possession.
