Sprung for one month of Flo-hockey to satiate Canes’ withdrawal, and in watching the 3rd game in 3 days, i don’t see how Morrow is not paired with Slavin if he makes the team next year, such a rover…
I think he’s a real case of putting someone in a position to succeed. I think there are so many guys who have all star level potential, and a lot of guys who end up there are right place right time guys where things play out in their favor circumstantially. If the front office + Rod in particular can stomach the growing pains of giving a rookie with one year of AHL experience that responsibility, it may just pay off to an unreal degree.

Nadeau with 2g in the first period so far. First on the PP, wicked shot, 2nd on a semi breakaway off a nice lead pass/flip from Morrow. He could have 3 as he hit a post too already. His one-timer might cure a lot of the PP woes next season.

Morrow and Robidas assisted on both goals.

Wolves lose today (0-4 shutout) but after yesterday Robidas, Nadeau, and Morrow have caught Suzuki for the team lead in points. Nadeau has 21G on just 87 shots remarkably. Robidas keeping his PIMs low so far although Ronan Seeley is still at 0 PIM for the season.

Top 10 AHL rooking scoring as of today. Wish we had ended up with Guenztel but I wonder what Chicago would've looked like with Koivunen (and Ponomarov). Robidas likely doesn't get the minutes he has.
