It will be really interesting to see Scott Morrow in the show (and to read Bleedgreen's takes ). Every time I see highlights I think some of this stuff won't make it in the NHL. But we're going to need him to have swagger as he slings the puck and skates around. Rod is going to need to be really patient with this kid, and we will too. I think in time Rod could shape him into a really good 2-way defenseman, but we're probably going to get years' worth of "Is this guy an NHL player" takes after a bad shift.

I’ve always thought that one of Nadeau or Unger Sorum would end up as trade bait for a roster upgrade. Just not enough room on roster for so many undersized RWs with Jarvis and Blake as full time NHLrs.

Personally, I think Unger Sorum has a better shot long term in RBA’s system, but Nadeau has been very impressive since he and Canada as a whole underperformed at the WJCs.

I wish FUS could master the C position since Nadeau offers more form a scoring perspective.

Nadeau has certainly been hot but Robidas has been on a slow burn for a while as well (1A tonight). His 4 point night in early Dec certainly helps his stats but he's on a 7 game streak with 9 points (1G, 8A) and had another 7 game streak in Dec/Jan (3G, 7A).
