Would they be able to make a trade for Sanheim? Seems like the perfect guy to pair with Seider.

But Ristolainen... that's interesting. He has playing very good lately, and should fix our RhD side.

Maybe Tarasenko could go to other way? They have russians there to mentor for.

I don't believe Tarasenko will be moved. He is very positive in the locker room, he is soft and washed up, but he's an intelligent player, we don't have much of that on the team. If someone should be moved it's Veleno and Rasmussen for right return obviously.

Blues are likely to be sellers, maybe we can pry Fowler away. We should have went harder to get him from Anaheim as he's likely to cost a 1st given his play with the Blues.
Fowler and Fabbro both seemed there for the taking, but maybe Stevie was suspicious of trading for them when their teams weren't offering them with a 2nd rounder.

For anybody who has watched the Blackhawks this year, is Ryan Donato worth a second round pick? That's my guess for the likely cost.

The pending UFA center has 37 points in 53 games, but he's only 46 percent on faceoffs and he turns 29 in April, so I don't know how many years he will push for versus how many he would be useful for.

No big loss if he's not the right fit. Just chatting about names in the news and hoping Detroit finds a way to add a good piece.

I got nuthin for or against any of these 3 guys, but if it were up to me I'd rather see Tarasenko moved before Rasmountain and Joey V, but chances are he won't return as much as the 2 younger guys.

I’m cool with waiting for the offseason so long as it’s addressed. Last offseason was a waste outside signing Seider and Raymond. Our roster has needed tweaking for a while and somehow I keep watching Husso, veleno, motte, Rasmussen and stiffs like holl, petty and Tarasenko. Find another defensive piece or a second line Center and let the kids fill the rest of the slots, these worthless vets are a boat anchor.

I think you’re conflating “hasn’t been a hit” with “bust”, two very different things.
