Well that's a completely different point, but the 'reports' also said that Guentzel was going to free agency. He didn't make it. It's all posturing.

Oh for sure. 100%. But I mean, the insiders that are more trustworthy are talking about the Marner camp doing what Brad Richards did the summer he signed with NYR, or John Tavares did when he signed with Tor.

Set up shop at the agent's office and take individual team appointments. This has happened before when there is a clear cut star UFA.

Pirates stuff is relayed to me by individuals who work in the front office. I had nothing to do with any day to day things with them. Just buddies with some. That much more 2hd hand but reliable info. I'm not a big bucco guy at all.
