I hear pearls grow in oysters in the wild too. Just pretty damn rarely.

Black & Gold till you're dead & coldThanks I bleed black and gold love my team.
Not a fan because he is on Ottawa I would get, but holy moly that guy is a holy terror. He threw sone thunderous hits and scored big goals.I am not a huge fan of Brady Tkachuk, just like I was not a huge fan of his dad, but Brady is not coming here or to Fla or anywhere. The Sens want too much.
Overrated in terms of both leadership and talent, but particularly leadership I think. Even though his dad scored 50 one year, always thought the same of him.Black & Gold till you're dead & cold

It hurts the Jacobs family financially to sell. They count the 1st round of their playoff gate as part of the budget so in order to break even they need to make the first round by really any means necessary. I’m sure Sweeney doesn’t want to get fired even though he should be shown the door. It’s going to screw them over long term because eventually they’ll need to rebuild and adding to a treadmill team with little top end talent isn’t wise unless you actually are adding a game changing top 10 talent, but that still wouldn’t put this team over the top. Nor could they afford that talent in terms of prospects and draft capital. You’ve tapped into my biggest concern. Hard to teach an old dog new tricks.
That said, not sure fanbase will support any truly dumb moves in the medium term —- or at least i sure hope not.

likely is an understatement but boy he's meant to be a Bruin!I know it's likely impossible but getting Brady Tkachuk without giving up McAvoy or Pasta would be amazing.

Kreider is ready for the retirement home. Only deal the Rangers make for him is adding picks players and holding back money.I am not a huge fan of Brady Tkachuk, just like I was not a huge fan of his dad, but Brady is not coming here or to Fla or anywhere. The Sens want too much. Edit: Rangers might be the exception to that if Kreider elevates his play.
Love the player.likely is an understatement but boy he's meant to be a Bruin!
That story is about 20 years out of date. Before the cap they counted on the 1st round to break even. Since the cap they make money hand over fist. They make more if they make the playoffs but even without it, the Bruins bring in about $240m in revenue. It hurts the Jacobs family financially to sell. I don't want to see him traded, but it would be some 4D chess if Sweeney planned to trade him and bring him back in the off-season, but decided not to talk to Brad about any of it until after the tournament. That way Brad could really, honestly, sell the narrative that he hasn't heard anything and has no plans to go anywhere. He was the star of the show in terms of media coverage. Nobody would doubt think they had a handshake deal to come back after what he said over the last week.It would be a perfect day to trade Brad. His last moment on our ice would have been a triumphant and joyous one in that scenario.
He had 2 50 goal seasons, and 2 40 goal seasons, and throw in some 30 goal years, I would say he was a pretty good player whether you liked him or not, does belong in the Hall of Fame.Overrated in terms of both leadership and talent, but particularly leadership I think. I liked the dad more than the brothers. But I love the game the Brothers play they just happen to be rivals that are tough to embrace. Even watching them produce for team USA wasn’t awesome for me but boy would I love to clone them change there names and faces and plop them right on a Bruins roster. He had 2 50 goal seasons, and 2 40 goal seasons, and throw in some 30 goal years, I would say he was a pretty good player whether you liked him or not, does belong in the Hall of Fame.
I think what has hurt Keith is his hold outs, renegotiations and how active in the union he was back in the 90's. He belongs in the Hall, he should have been there long ago. Politics and personality keep some guys out, which is the wrong way to run a Hall of Fame, should only be based on what they did on they ice.He had 2 50 goal seasons, and 2 40 goal seasons, and throw in some 30 goal years, I would say he was a pretty good player whether you liked him or not, does belong in the Hall of Fame.
We know what way this team will go in about a week

He does a lot with and for USA Hockey too. I went to a coaching conference in St. Louis and he donated his time to be one of the speakers. There were guys there like Laviolette, Sullivan, Tortorella who were there to actually teach, but "Walt" as he's called, was the comic relief. He'd tell stories and hang between lectures. He's the Cam Neely of St.Louis (before people hated Neely for being president).I think what has hurt Keith is his hold outs, renegotiations and how active in the union he was back in the 90's. Or Trocheck. I agree, all the Rangers were replaceable.Watching the 4 nations teams, man the rangers suck lol. Was not impressed with Zibs, Kreider or Fox (worst US D?)
Forgot about him! Seriously lacking.Or Trocheck. I agree, all the Rangers were replaceable.
