Utah got John Marino & a 5th for a pair of 2nd round picks (24& 25) last season so Carlo should definitely draw at the very least nothing less then him with more teams buying this yr.Really?

Zboril was zero value, If Carlo brings back a third I would do cartwheels down CausewayPeeke got Zboril and a 3rd from Bruins
Marino is a great comp for Carlo. I think Marino is a notch better,Utah got John Marino & a 5th for a pair of 2nd round picks (24& 25) last season so Carlo should definitely draw at the very least nothing less then him with more teams buying this yr.
Even if they are out of it?Bruins aren't dealing Carlo for draftpicks in season unless they flip them for another RD
Carlo might command that.If this type of player is that valued, they should ask for a 2nd + top prospect or a 1st +
No need to retain and should not be part of any deal. For me the smart play is, package deals for top prospects or young players. Carlo and Frederick for…..
Coyle 1/2 retained plus Braz or Merk for……….
Reported that Swayman,Merkulov?
What is his ticket to get him going to be, because it still does not address the weak ass PP, and overall lack of scoring...........Plus I enjoy hating him.If Sam Bennett makes it to July 1st I find it hard to believe that Don Sweeney won't take a run at him. And he should.
Well, it is good to know that you and I, and Bruin Dust, are in agreement that they need more than a BennettAnother 3rd liner.

Let me see what I can do. Not unreasonable, but I do believe they need more than just one forward, and he does not need to score 40-50 just add some scoring depth. Can I have Bennett AND another scoring forward.
I think Both the US and Canada have about 5 guys on their rosters that could be swaped out with others that didnt make it and neither team would miss a beat, maybe even more.Yes, Sam Bennett made team Canada because he's a 3rd line NHL player.
Fwiw, I was kidding. I went back and put an emoji on it to clear up any confusion. You won't be wrong
I’m not sure it’s a first and a top prospect but I do think it’s a 1st or top prospect plus.there's really no world where Carlo isn't bringing back a first + a prospect IMO. You're talking about a top 4 shutdown RD that has handled some of the hardest deployment in the league over the past couple years who is also signed under 5mil for another 2 years and still isn't 30 yet.
Since Pionk is a free agent this summer, moving Carlo would free up a spot on the roster and some cap room if they decided to go this route.I don’t typically make suggestions because they are often just wishful thinking. If the Bruins do move on from Carlo, I would have a lot of interest in Pionk from Winnipeg.
Speaking of Winnipeg I would also have interest in Ehlers.
Not my favourite selection. I would have taken mark sheifele.Yes, Sam Bennett made team Canada because he's a 3rd line NHL player.
They certainly need something!I’m not typically skeptical of trade rumors, because I think with. 32 teams and over 600 regular players in the league, I think lots of guys names come up in conversation.
What I am skeptical about is leaks like this, where a “selling” GM tips his hand as to what he’ll take for a guy, especially if it’s a reasonable expectation.
Why put it in other GM’s heads that you think Carlo is worth a 2 and top prospect?
Why not say a 1 and a “prospect”?
Shooting high and working down is a much better plan.
Regardless of approach, I really hope DS hit a home run in a trade or two this spring.
This team needs it.
