Now Buffalo is going to get on a roll just to stick it to everyone. They don't need Eichel and will trade him for pennies on the dollar, which would of course be Chytil, Kravtsov 17 first round picks and Barron

The youth thing isn't an excuse. There are plenty of young teams in the league who look better than the Rangers do. Chicago is missing like a third of their team and they look light years better.

I think the Pens are playing a stupid fast (to quote Latrell Sprewell) game right now. We did a little better in the 2nd standing up the neutral zone and got a little more zone time as a result

Well, maybe it's not the coach? Maybe the players are just better in Chicago? And LA, and LI, and Carolina, and Colorado, and...
 
It's weird - i just have no idea what we are trying to do. I don't think it's execution because it's been like this for 3 years.

I don't watch games outside ours much, so maybe it's the teams they're playing, being all divisional games this year and we're in arguably the toughest. Wish we had some games against lesser teams outside of our division.

We'd look a lot better if the Bruins, Pens and Isles weren't stupid fast and structured.

The speed, forecheck and lack of preparation is appalling. I'm not a Quinn hater but he ain't the guy for the role. Not an X's and O's guy, cant motivate anyone or inspire.

Every game I'm like, don't come out flat!
 
Are we seriously going to trust Quinn with lafreniere kakko Chytil and kravtsov another season?

When Kreider goes low to high, there's gotta be someone along the wall to support and retrieve but that guy is stuck at the goal line mucking it with a Pen
