74.5 goals is his current pace this year. I believe that's 43 in his last 44 played, as well. As much as I enjoy Stamkos, I don't see him being in this race, even healthy. The way Ovechkin has played his last 50 games, I think you'd have to start considering him in the Crosby-tier again. Crosby is putting up 100 points. Ovechkin is rewriting goal-scoring history. If the Rangers had an Ovechkin...

Well 75 would be nearly impossible. I think Ovy and Stammer would be close at the end of the year if both were healthy.

Just wait until Canada embarrasses Russia in the Olympics again. :sarcasm:
