Not really, but he is lacking some match fitness so he won't be able to cover on a break-away. Once he has 2 or 3 games under his belt, he will be fit and will play regularly on the PP, I think.

He's got a canon of a shot. Granted i haven't seen him play this year but I'm assuming he still has at least that. Just no legs.
