Lehtonen made that look easy, he's a freak of nature elastic-man. Everyone in the world knew Nash was gonna deke, he shoulda shot maybe. Unless he knew that everyone in the world knew he was gonna deke and maybe he thought everyone would think he would shoot because of that. This can go deeper, we will never know what level Nash made it to which ultimately led to his decision to deke.
