Not sure it's a scouting issue more like the west has an abundance of big , tough , skilled teams , and like another poster mentioned NYR have no answer for that .
That big Russian kid whose name I won't attempt to spell had a nice period .

People are happy but if it wasnt for Hank, this game would already be out of reach. They were all over us dude. We need to come out and tighten up a little, wayyy too many chances for Dallas.
 
Guess it was a good thing I missed the entire first because I was messing with my computer that decided it was just going to stop utilizing Flash for no reason.

We lose games when we play well and we win when we play badly, that's not a Rangers thing or even a hockey thing, it just happens so whatever. Still, I'd be surprised if we managed to win a game looking like that for three periods. He's not...actually going to save 69 (lol) shots, is he?

I saw both Zucc and Hags win a few board battles at least.

You people are overthinking this size thing. Bruins are huge as well and they got toyed with. its a playing good hockey issue, not who's got the biggest frame issue
 
So we outplay teams and score 0 goals, but when we get outplayed, we score? :/
 
I really don't think it's that they're unprepared for the Western conf teams, I mean, our head coach coached in the West for like, the last 7 years. It's just scary how good the WC is. If we played in the West this year there'd be a seriously good chance we don't make the playoffs.

bruins last game on a back to back and down to 5 D men the whole game . Not to mention we were at home .
size has a lot to do with the way the NYR played that period . Could easily be 6-1 with out Henke
