Watching the Islanders carry the puck through the neutral zone and make passes that open up ice in the slot frustrates me beyond belief. Why can't the Rangers make plays like that? In the years I've watched this team, they've never been able to make plays like that. I couldn't even tell you why. Probably the lack of good passers on this team.

I'm counting on it. Gaborik's poor performance has nothing to do with Nash. Gabby is a streaky scorer, Nash is supposed to be the difference maker, the game breaker, with the amount we pay him and traded for him, I think he needs to score in a game like this.

Gabby scores when the team is playing well, we need Nash to score against the run of play.

If you look at Gabby's style of play, it looks like he never tries. Somehow he has managed to score 40+ goals in a season few times. He has always looked lazy. What's new? Now the pucks just don't go in to the net.
