Between this and watching him walk like Marner, the choice is easy.

The rest of the statement is good news for the Sens

You thought they got worse going into last year? And then they finished with the best record in the league.
Their second best ever season in the Bednar era. Was a welcome surprise. Not every year that this team makes it out of the first round.

But yes I think trading a bunch of futures for Nelson followed by dumping Coyle just to get rid of the magnificent Miles Wood made the team worse.

Any thoughts on Ian Moore (RFA with the Ducks)? I see he's a righty but listed as playing both sides as well as some Forward duty for the Ducks.

Would seem like a nice fit for a perpetually injured Avs squad... would probably be more enticing if he was left-handed but thought I'd ask what the thoughts on the player were here.

If any player wanted to be a fan favorite (they dont) they would say I am joining a small market team because I want to beat the big market teams

I’d say JEE going the other way but that doesn’t help Minnesota , back at searching for another center .
I don't think he would.

I could see Minnesota getting both Hughes brothers and sending a package featuring Matt Boldy the other way.

Jack Hughes
Luke Hughes

Matt Boldy
Jonas Brodin

Too big of a trade, wouldn't happen
