Average coach (sorry Hävelid) but massive credit to you for actually saying what you think can improve Sweden as a hockey nation. Smaller rinks should really be tried on HG. I dont see how it could hurt the players development rather than just improve them..

I wondered the same at first, but then i read on finland hockey site that Switzerland didnt get their equipment in time so the game is rescheduled. Or awarded a 0-3 win to Sweden

Pettersson has signed for Brynäs. Not a good move. He would have gotten alot of ice time in Allsvenskan with MoDo.

Sweden and Finland will both have very good rosters if everyone can participate. Like even a possible final between us. Even if Canada will be favorites.
Finland have the two best goalies in the tournament imo. But Stenberg especially, but also Eklund, Björck, Frondell and perhaps even Ekberg and others will be huge. I do think Finns will have just as good D's for once though, or almost. If we get Konsta Helenius and Miettinen we at least have some firepower amongst forwards also. Westergård as third or fourth liner wont be bad either I hope.

Regular sized ice. NHL players. The top teams will play big boy physical hockey. Are the Swedes top minute forwards built to compete when games are played like that? I think their D will be fine. But I have some issues with their top minute forwards.
