One of them was traded for Rantanen at age 21 while the other is an AHL player with a chance of becoming an NHL regular one day. They are not the same.

Having a 6'1'' power forward to drive the net helps a tiny bit.

The one good thing about Carolina winning the cup is that they are so boring that everyone will be so bored and forget about the 2026 season and the Avs failure will be lost in memory

Not sure why it's Bettman's fault that the entire Eastern Conference was complete shit other than Carolina.

I said before the playoffs that without a healthy Florida there, it would be a cakewalk to the final for the Hurricanes.
