Deep down we all love the bruins all frustration setting in now due to the arms race the Atlantic division having and Donny having weak assets to go toe to toe with the top dogs. Normal behavior here everyone having their own opinion in fixing this ship without sails. I respect everyone opinions even though I feel gets personal sometimes but we ever win the cup the kfc buckets are on the Don godfather when I meet you all at the parade.

I'm tongue in cheek here, but Sweeney should be fired for even thinking about extending Peeke. Saving grace for now is he at least clearly has a number that he won't go beyond, and the player wants more, hence no deal yet.

Really not encouraging though in terms of upgrading the D that this is one of the main things on the table. If they end up getting better player/s and Peeke is purely retained as a vaguely serviceable and cheap 7D, fine (but then the player would rightly never accept that anyway). Otherwise....woof.

I know it's good odds they don't actually do much at all this offseason, and it's even a defendable policy. Just spare me from more Peeke.
