Providence Bruins 2026 Off-Season

Providence Bruins 2026-2027 - from Dom's report in April

Brunet and DiPetro are on the Bruins 26-27 roster page . . . fwiw so are Steeves and Reichel (who will likely get the long leash in Boston).

Gold has some work to do.

Get Gold out of here

when I read he`d played 200+ games in the Q I did a bit of digging, saw he played 3 seasons in Halifax so I contacted a few fans whose eye for details I respect to get a bit of a scouting report.

One said "the improvement to his game from the first season to last with Mooseheads was quietly the most underrated, this kid won`t be on anyone`s PP but makes life miserable for opponents who even look at his goalie"

my other buddy " odds will be against him to make the NHL as his offensive contributions are negligible but if there`s a team willing to be a bit patient, I can see him being a 3rd pairing guy a coach would be comfortable with putting out there to protect a lead in the game, oh yes, he also loves to play physical brand of hockey which I know you`ll like "

This from two Maritimer`s who have season tix to the Mooseheads and watched every game he played in the jersey for his first 3 years

Since the season is over and I’ve seen almost every prospect live the past 12 months, all on my list - and follow the Bruins as close as any list maker here is where I see them as Bruins

I’m projecting NHL future into most of this - I’ve seen Brunet a half dozen times and recent but only Groenewold twice in games but have followed others stories, interviews, video and most importantly what his coach said. I think he’s more likely to be a top 4 along lines of Pesce.

Requirements less then 10 NHL games so Poitras & Lysell don’t qualify ; age doesn’t matter

1. HAGENS LW/C
2. LETOURNEAU C/RW
3. ZELLERS LW
4. DEPIETRO
5. LOCMELIS
6.GROENEWOLD
7. BRUNET
8. SIMPSON
9. MOORE
10. PELOSI
Where would you have lysell
