Grier went to the sharks with a plan and that plan continues to grow and evolve. Drury is still looking for paper and crayons to draw his plan up. It's very frustrating, his plan seemed to be to flex on the org. Won't be surprised if at some point within 2-3 years drury moves to a president only role and an actual gm comes in with a plan...

Especially if it doesnt work the first time, you get knocked out - wake up thinking its done only to have the doctor tell you we couldnt see anything, please reschedule and do it all over again.

I called the Rucks in the 2nd round. Flames 34-35th picks.

I'm calling Vancouver trading for Ottawa 32 OA or Chicago 34 OA to leap frog your call. They might even take one at 24 but that sets up a "hostage" situation where another team threatens to draft the other Ruck and forces Vancouver to make a less than favorable trade.
