Yeah, a 56 point difference between Celebrini and the next highest scorer is nuts. Then their next two high scorers are vets. Their NHL roster is actually a bit thin on depth so they're still in the "hope these prospects really develop into the players we hope they'll be" stage, along with probably needing to acquire new vets soon.
they also have ZERO good defensmen, Dickinson is supposed to be their big piece but he still hasnt shown anything yet.

You guys probably discussed it but I don't believe they will target undersized center at 4 - it doesn't make sense IMO (value-wise and their need). On the other hand, their issue was too much LD vs not enough RD. Ergo I think they will go for Reid (maybe Verhoeff or Rudolph)

IDK if their amateur scouting staff changed with the GM turnover, but the last (or current?) amateur staff gave zeroooo f***s about this.

Is he going for 2026-27? If he's still in Everett it's irrelevant. He'll be on the opening night roster for whoever takes him to start the 2027-28 season.

Sounds like he's playing college hockey next year: What I’m hearing on Landon DuPont, 2026 draft eligibles finish strong, more from Memorial Cup

College recruiters have mostly been letting Landon DuPont’s postseason run play out, but several of the programs you’d expect to be engaged on him have been throughout his 16-year-old season. He turned 17 on Friday, the same day he returned from injury, scored twice in the semifinal, and registered his 100th point of the year for Everett across the regular season, playoffs and Memorial Cup. It’s a poorly kept secret that he’s going to accelerate and play college hockey in his draft year next season. It’s just a matter of where. As soon as he catches his breath here, he’s going to have to decide on that destination. The sense I’ve had for the last while is that Michigan is the front-runner, and I don’t think that’s changed.

Look at that....skater rank for Bleyl a couple of posts back !!! Honorable mention for his passing ! Plus he is 2 years out and still has one more year under super coach Gardiner MacDougall .....if he adds on some muscle and grows an inch or so.....somebody will have a real gem ......kind of reminds me of Fox except he has wheels ! I bet he goes earlier then predicted .
